Short Days - Long Nights
With the short days we are not up to too much. We are preparing for Christmas and that seems to be under control. The weather has been pretty good so we have managed quite a few walks. These usually have some connection with a walk I am going to lead in the New Year. One of the walks will be from Holmsley and the other from Linford Bottom. The latter is on New Years Day with the New Forest Ramblers.
With the closure of Castlepoint our major new shopping centre (the car park is crumbling) we visited Bournemouth. I dropped Sue off and then we met up at the Russell-Coates Museum later on. I managed to do the new geocache which was just outside. It is the smallest one I have ever done, about an inch long!!!
Last night was -5 C so it's a slow chilly start, blue sky and sunshine though.
Must go out for a walk.
