Puerto de Mogan
We were lead to believe that this was one of the coldest winters Gran Canaria had had for quite some time. It was certainly very cold in southern Europe at the same time.
On the chilly days we had outings in the car (D&C had the car as part of their package). One of the most picturesque places on the island is Puerto de Mogan. As the name suggests there is a port here backed by some narrow colourful streets.
Throughout the year plants are in bloom and so the island is bright with flowers all the time.
