January News
It’s just after 4 o’clock and it’s raining, dark and generally horrible outside.
The only happenings of note are Sue’s minor op, the removal of a rodent ulcer. This has got nothing to do with rats. Once she had the appointment for it to be looked at everything happened very quickly and within a week it was removed. At the moment it is far more of a mess than when she had the ulcer. Tomorrow she is having the stitches out. She has had a few funny looks when she has been out and about.
This last Sunday we went to Jennifer and Brian Garvan’s for lunch along with other retired ex JHQ group. We had a great time and we caught up on a lot of news because we hadn’t been able to go to recent gatherings.
Hopefully the weather will improve and I will be able to post some better photos on the blog site.
