Christmas
For Christmas and Boxing Day we were invited to Ron and Jane’s. Jane’s mum Margaret was staying with them and, as usual, we all had a great time.
We were very well fed and watered (wined). It was just as well that I wasn’t driving back home on Christmas Day.
On Boxing Day other friends joined us for lunch, which lasted most of the afternoon. I don’t know how Jane manages to produce so much tasty food so effortlessly (so it appears to me).
Christmas Joke: I went to a seafood disco last week ……. and pulled a muscle.
